SAUCY STEAK AND VEGETABLES 
1 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can whole potatoes, drained, reserve liquid
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. bell pepper flakes or 1 chopped green pepper
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can either cut or French style green beans

Coat steak pieces with flour; pound into beef. Brown in oil in large skillet; push beef aside and cook onions until tender; drain. Add enough water to potato liquid to measure 1 cup. Add to steak. Add remainder of ingredients to beef except potatoes and beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Add potatoes and green beans. Cover and heat on simmer until hot, about 15 minutes. Serves 4.
