EASY CHICKEN & RICE 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
4-6 pieces chicken (skin optional)
Salt & pepper
butter

In casserole dish, place rice, both cans of soup and water. Mix well and add chicken to top. Dot each piece with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
