ONION PAN BREAD 
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 c. cream style corn
Few drops hot sauce (optional)

Saute onions with butter. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, dill and half of the cheese. Mix well and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine muffin mix, egg, milk, corn and hot sauce. Mix well. Pour into a greased pan. Spread onion mixture over batter and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
