ONE-PAN DATE-NUT BREAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cut up dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Stir all ingredients except dates and nuts in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in dates and nuts.

Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45-55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
