KENTUCKY PECAN CAKE 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. sugar
1 1/2 lbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. Citruu, flour
1/2 c. Whiskey or more (Ky Bourbon)
10 egg yolks
2 lbs. pecans, flour
2 lbs. white raisins, flour
2 nutmegs or 2 heaping tsp.
10 egg whites, beat stiff and fold in last

Mix in order given. Bake 3 1/2 hours at 275 degrees. Before put in an oven, decorate with nuts and cherries. 1/4 of this recipe makes about 3 pounds.
