CARAMEL ICING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Constantly stirring, add cream. Bring to a boil. Take off heat. Cool for a few minutes and beat in powdered sugar.
