CARAMEL ICING 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar milk and butter 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat add vanilla. Cool to lukewarm then beat until creamy and thick enough to spread. Add drops of cream if becomes too thick.
