CHOCOLATE MINT SQUARES 
LAYER 1:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsalted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup

Mix all together, pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan.

LAYER 2:

2 c. 10x sugar
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 c. unsalted butter

Mix together and spread over cooled cake.

GLAZE:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. unsalted butter

Mix and melt all glaze ingredients. Cool a bit, then spread over mint layer. Chill 5 to 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
