CROWN JEWEL DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. each lime, orange & cherry Jello gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. cold water
18 whole lady fingers, separated
2 env. (4 oz. pkg.) Dream Whip dessert topping
1 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare lime, orange and cherry gelatins separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate 8"x8" pans. Chill until firm. Cut into 1/2" cubes.

Heat pineapple juice to boiling point, remove from heat. Add sugar and lemon Jello, stir until dissolved. Add remaining 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until syrupy.

Line bottom and sides of 9" spring form pan with lady fingers. (Take apart and lay the frosted side against pan.) Set aside.

Prepare Dream Whip with milk and vanilla as package directs. Fold in syrupy lemon Jello. Then fold in Jello cubes. Pour into spring form pan. Chill 5 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove sides of pan to serve. Makes 16 servings.

I make this around the holiday and tie a red or green ribbon around it.
