CHEESE FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
Salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread over cauliflower. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6 people.
