HONEY BUNCH COOKIES 
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/3 c. honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine oats, coconut and flour. In heavy saucepan combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients; blend well. Drop dough by teaspoons into greased muffin cups. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until well browned. Cool in pans.

Makes 4 dozen cookies.

TIP: If desired, substitute 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup flaked coconut for the 2 cups coconut.
