TOKYO CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. cooked white meat chicken
2 c. cooked cold rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots (squeeze to remove liquid)
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. French dressing
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Toasted almonds

Mix first 9 ingredients together and chill, then add mayonnaise and almonds. Serve.
