CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked cold chicken, cubed
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. cooked sm. shell macaroni
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion, finely minced
2 pimento, finely chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
2/3 c. almonds, finely chopped

Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix the other except topping and combine with the first. Put into 8 x 10 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese, corn flakes and almonds. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
