PASSOVER BAGELS 
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1 c. matzah meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 eggs

Bring water and oil to a boil; add matzah meal. Stir vigorously until pan is cleared of mixture. Remove from heat. Add salt and sugar and 1 egg at a time. Grease cookie sheet. Grease hands roll mixture into balls flatten; put a hold in center.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees for 15 minutes until bagels rise. Lower oven to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy.

VARIATION: Add raisins, onions, or garlic.
