PARTY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns (thaw slightly)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine butter, salt, pepper, chopped onions, soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Blend and pour over potatoes in a 13 x 9 inch greased casserole.

Topping: Mix crushed corn flakes with 1/2 cup melted butter (bread crumbs can be used). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
