PARTY POTATOES 
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. chives
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
Butter
Grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Blend cream cheese and sour cream together. Mix well. Add seasonings. Mix together with potatoes. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
