1 1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil and boil for about 1 minute, then remove from stove and add chocolate chips. Stir. Let cool and put on brownies.
