SAUCEPAN FUDGE BROWNIES | |
1 stick butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, one at a time 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts Melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, and add sugar. Stir, and add eggs, one at a time. Add salt and vanilla. Mix well, stir in flour and nuts. Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. SAUCEPAN FUDGE FROSTING: 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. milk 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chocolate chips Boil sugar, milk, and butter together for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Pour warm frosting on warm brownies. |
