CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

In saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar, eggs and peppermint extract and mix well. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Spread with Mint Cream Cheese Frosting, then drizzle with chocolate glaze.

MINT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
Milk or cream

Cream butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, food coloring and enough milk or cream to make spreadable consistency. Spread over brownies.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Melt together chocolate and butter. Cool slightly then drizzle over the top of frosted brownies.
