CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
BOTTOM:

1 c. sugar
1 stick soft butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour

Mix. Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

MINT LAYER:

1 stick soft butter
4 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint flavor
Green food coloring

Mix. Spread and refrigerate on cooled brownie.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips

Melt. Mix. Spread on top of green icing.
