CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
CAKE LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. Hershey syrup

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In large pan, combine ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely in pan.

MINT CREME CENTER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. mint extract

In small bowl combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth, spread over cake, cover and chill.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt over very low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring over the chilled dessert.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
