CHOCOLATE - MINT BROWNIES 
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup

Mix until smooth. Spread into a 12 x 8 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely in pan.

Mix:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled brownie.

Melt in a saucepan:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Hershey's mint chocolate chips

Heat until chips are melted. Spread on top and chill.
