JOSEPHINE'S PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 #2 can pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Bake in greased floured pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box powdered sugar

Add powdered sugar a little at a time to check consistency, too much makes it too thin.
