MOIST PUMPKIN POUND CAKE | |
2 c. plain flour 2 c. pumpkin 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 2 sticks butter 4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well with mixer. Ice cake all over. |
