HOT VIRGINIA DIP 
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. butter
16 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. milk
5 oz. dried beef, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
4 tsp. onion, finely minced

Saute pecans in butter and set aside. Mix all other ingredients thoroughly. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or small bread sticks.
