YVONNE'S CORN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream style corn 8 sm. saltine crackers, crumbled 1 onion (approx. 1/2 c.), chopped 1 bell pepper (approx. 1/2 c.), chopped 1 med. jar pimento, chopped 4 tbsp. evaporated milk (Pet) 4 tbsp. butter, melted Salt and pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients; bake in buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until onions and bell peppers are done and casserole is golden brown on top. Can be doubled and baked in 3-quart or larger dish. |
