ESCALLOPED CORN 
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 can of milk
Dash of salt and pepper
Saltine cracker crumbs (1/4 of a pkg. - to cake batter consistency)

Mix above ingredients together. Dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
