ZUCCHINI GOULASH 
1 med. zucchini, sliced thin
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. corn
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. sugar
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano to taste

Brown ground meat; saute onion, green pepper and zucchini in a little butter until tender and combine with meat. Add corn, tomatoes, sauce and spices. Cook slowly 15 minutes.

Meanwhile cook macaroni, drain and add to meat-vegetable mixture. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
