GOURMET MUSTARD 
1 1/2 cans dry mustard
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Combine mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in bowl. Pour a small amount of oil and vinegar alternately into dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly. After each addition, store in covered container in the refrigerator.
