MUSTARD SAUCE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper

Spread 1/2 of the sauce on the meat (pork, beef or lamb) when the meat is 1/2 done (1/2 the cooking time). Spread approximately 1/4 of the batch again 5-10 minutes before the meat is done. Serve the remainder as a fresh sauce with the meat. This sauce can be used on baked or broiled meats.
