TURKEY OR CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken or turkey
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grapes
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. diced celery
1 c. macaroni rings (uncooked) then cook
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. whipping cream (no sugar)

Combine chicken, onion and salt and refrigerate several hours. Combine rest of ingredients with first 3 ingredients and refrigerate. Before serving add 1 cup whipped cream.
