1 box butter cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 block butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mix cake as directed on box and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch (approximately) pan. Place chopped nuts on cake mix. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy and spread on top of cake mix and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or longer if necessary.
