APPLE CRISP 
2 c. peeled and sliced apples (can use more)
1/2 c. water or orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter

Place apples in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Pour water or orange juice over the apples. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of apples. Mix flour, brown sugar and butter. Put on top of cinnamon apples.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.
