APPLE - BLACKBERRY CRISP 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chilled butter, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. lemon juice
5 lb. Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored & sliced thin
1 1/2 c. fresh blackberries, if frozen, thaw & drain
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

Topping: Mix flour, sugar and salt in processor. Add butter and blend until coarse crumbs.

Fruit: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Toss apples, blackberries, lemon juice, sugar and flour in large bowl. Transfer to prepared dish, mounding slightly.

Crumble topping over fruit. Bake until fruit bubbles and topping is golden brown. Cool at least 15 minutes. Serves 12. Take this one to a 4-H potluck.
