APPLE CRISP WITH ORANGE JUICE 
4 to 5 c. sliced, pared Granny Smith apples
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. butter

Place apples in a buttered baking dish and pour orange juice over them. In separate bowl combine sugar, flour, spices and salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
