APPLE CRISP WITH ORANGE JUICE 
4 c. sliced pared apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
1/3 c. butter

Put apples in greased 9x9 inch cake pan and pour orange juice over. Mix sugar, flour, spices and salt. Cut in butter. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until apples are tender and topping crisp.
