APPLE CRISP 
6 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter

Place apples in bottom of 8 x 8 Pyrex (glass) bowl. In a small mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar and flour together. Mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Add cinnamon.

Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
