EGG CUSTARD | |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. scalded milk Ground nutmeg Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in milk gradually. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
