OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD 
3 c. milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pastry for 9 inch crust

Combine sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs. Bring milk to boiling point and add gradually to egg mixture. Pour into an unbaked crust and sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
