OLD FASHION EGG CUSTARD 
4 eggs (separate eggs from white)
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. flour

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, milk flour and butter. Cook in double boiler until thickens. Add to pie shell and cook until crust is done. Beat egg white until stiff and add slowly 1 tablespoon sugar to each egg. Beat until mixed well. Put on pie and brown.
