WALNUT CHEDDAR BALL 
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle (relish)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Few drops Tabasco
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat cheddar cheese and cream cheese together until well blended. Mix in next four ingredients. Chill until firm enough to shape into a ball. Roll in nuts to coat. Chill and serve with crackers. Can be made ahead and frozen.
