OLIVE CHEDDAR BALLS 
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. paprika
48 olives (stuffed with pimentos)

Blend butter and cheese at room temperature. Work in flour. Roll into little balls with olive in the middle. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. If wish to freeze them, freeze on baking sheet and then put into plastic bag.
