CHEDDAR-BLEU CHEESE BALL 
2 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, grated, or 1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 ground walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley

Mix cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and half the nuts and parsley. Chill well. Shape into a ball. Roll ball in remaining pecans and parsley. Chill at least 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature surrounded with crackers. More bleu cheese may be used if a stronger flavor of this cheese is wanted.
