WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. wild rice, rinsed
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown ground beef with onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain off grease. Combine beef, rice, soup, 2 soup cans water, mushrooms, almonds and soy sauce in crock pot. Cook on low for about 10 minutes. One recipe almost fills crock pot when cooked. 6 servings.
