WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 1 c. wild rice, uncooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce (lite soy is good) Brown beef and drain. Add onion and celery. Cook until soft, not brown. Add rest of ingredients. Mix and put in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Can add sliced mushrooms and diced red pepper for color. |
