CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice (cooked as directed on pkg.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2-3 c. cooked, deboned chicken or turkey pieces

Brown ground beef and celery. Combine all ingredients and put in a greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. About 12 servings.
