ONION APPETIZERS 
4 med. onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. caraway seed
3 eggs, beaten
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Saute onion in butter in a skillet. Blend sour cream, flour, salt, pepper, and caraway seed. Beat in eggs. Stir in bacon and onion. Pour into pie shell. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set. Let stand a few minutes. Cut into wedges to serve. 16 appetizers.
