EGG AND HAM CASSEROLE 
7 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ham, cubed
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 stick butter, melted

Sprinkle bread in bottom of 9x13 pan and cover with ham and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together. Pour over cheese and ham. Put some cubed bread in melted butter and spread over rest of ingredients. Pour rest of butter over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
