EGG, HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
6-8 slices white bread, crusts removed 15 eggs 2 c. chopped ham 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (cheddar) 3 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Fit bread into a buttered flat dish. Sprinkle with chopped ham and cheese. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over bread, ham and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, melt 1/3 cup butter and drizzle over top. Serves 15 people. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
