QUICK PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast (or equivalent)
1 tsp. white sugar
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

Stir in flour, salt and oil. Mix until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a ball. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan. May dust pan with cornmeal if desired. Spread with your preferred toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
